Lydia and Tom split!
Sad news people, the curse of The Only Way Is Essex has struck again: the golden couple of the show, former lovebirds Lydia Bright and Tom Kilbey have called it quits.

The pair joins the perma-tanned ranks of Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger, Lucy Mecklenburgh and Mario Falcone and Sam Faiers and Joey Essex after splitting while appearing of the ITV2 show together.
Fashion boutique owner Lydia, 22, (she wears some great bikinis fyi), and music student Tom, also 22, apparently decided to end things a few weeks ago after a series of rows.
The couple got together after they split from their respective partners, James ‘Arg’ Argent and Billi Mucklow.
The news comes six months after they both left the show to focus on their careers away from the limelight. Perhaps tellingly Tom wrote on Twitter on June 3: ‘Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can come together… New day, new week, new chapter.’
A source told The Sun: ‘It’s really sad – Lydia is gutted but it just wasn’t working. She was really busy with work and just didn’t feel like they were on the same page any more.
‘It was also difficult because Tom’s sister Cara is also best mates with his ex, Billie [Mucklow], so she was always still on the scene. Nothing happened, but it just made the whole situation more complicated.’
